Sara Lehman, MSPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist & Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Sara joins us after practicing as a Physical Therapist for 9 years. She graduated from Greenville College with her Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Psychology in 2004 then went on to obtain her Masters in Physical Therapy from Bradley University in 2006. Since graduating she has gained experience working with various orthopedic patients, with a specialty in vestibular disorders and athletic populations. Sara is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and uses this knowledge of sports, training, and conditioning to benefit all of her patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Jessica Peplow, LPTA, LMT

Physical Therapist Assistant & Massage Therapist
Jessica graduated from ICC with her Associates Degree in Applied Science and a degree in Physical Therapy in 2009. Jessica is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Massage Therapy program in 2012, and has been practicing medical massage ever since. Jessica is trained in Swedish massage, general deep tissue techniques, hot stone massage, myofascial release, and pre natal massage.
We have a physical therapy assistant who is certified in Astym therapy. “Astym (A-stim) treatment sets the standard for soft tissue therapy. It regenerates healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.), and removes unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions. Astym treatment has helped countless patients by restoring movement, getting rid of pain, and giving back their lives. (”

Ashley King, BS, ATC, LPTA

Ashley King is the head athletic trainer for Metamora Township High School and a physical therapist assistant at Physical Therapy in Germantown Hills. As a graduate of Illinois State University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and an associates degree in 2015 from Illinois Central College, Ashley has interned and worked in numerous settings with several high school and collegiate teams. Ashley is licensed by the state of Illinois as a certified athletic trainer and physical therapist assistant.
Ashley uses her education to treat patients with sports or work related injuries to prior function by reducing muscular imbalances, correcting poor posture, and addressing gait abnormalities.
