Dr. Sam Hendricks

I grew up in central Illinois where I attended high school at University High School. After graduation in December 05′ I attended Illinois Central College where I began taking prerequisites. I returned for a couple summer school classes and again for a semester after graduating from Eureka. I attended Eureka College from August 06′ till December 09′ where I received my Bachelors in Business Administration. I began attending Palmer College Of Chiropractic In July 10′ and Graduated in Oct 13′ where I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic. In my last trimester, I worked with Dr. Rob at Health Solutions in Illinois. Upon completion of my preceptorship I stayed on and worked with Dr. Rob to further my education in the Gonstead technique. In September 2014 I began working with Dr. Hearon at Boise Sports Chiropractic where I have been increasing my knowledge on extremity adjusting. I took over as National Director of the CEA in 2014. I finished the courses in June 2015 and completed the final exam for my CCEP (Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner) designate on August 17, 2015. Upon completion of my CCEP certification, I knew I wanted to return to Central Illinois because that is where home is. Growing up in Central Illinois, I always knew this is where I wanted to make an impact.

When I began my search for an office to come home to, I was blessed to have several options throughout the state. I chose to work at Kaufman Wellness Center because I saw the passion that Dr. Kaufman has for helping others. With the opening of his second office in Peoria, I knew this was a good opportunity to serve a community that is searching to live better lives. His knowledge of chiropractic after 24 years in practice will compliment my growing knowledge of chiropractic. As well as develop my passion for sports and chiropractic. After all, life is a sport. Let us help you stay in the game.
